DGE thermolysis plant MICRO
Based due to the personally experience during the startup of the plants in Yokohama (2000), Maizuru (2001), Semirara (2005) and Limassol (2009) the conventional process designed was scrutinized.
Also experience (reports) of all German based plants were evaluated for designing a trendsetting plant layout.
- semimobile
- fully automatic
- continuous operation for best product qualities
- manless operation design
- autarc due to hopper size up to several days
- more than 100,000 h lifetime design
- Design by DGE 2015

Possible Operations
Education / Research / Pilot Plant
The smaller sister of the MIDI-plant has the same process design and includes all process possibilities as the production plant MIDI.
Therefor the MICRO is a lab plant designed and manufactured in industrial standards with lifetime values of 100.000 h.
Due to the knowledge what a bigger production plant needs for efficient processes the downscaled MICRO will be best for reseach and education.
Following features are included:
- lot of sensors for detailed and traceable test reporting
- control system with large data storage for later processing
- from the real data a real kernel can be built for furtherupscale simulation or education
- Mobile plant for further easy replacement
The requested area is approx. 15 x 20 m (shown ground size in picture) for 1 week storage.
