Target
- Environmental friendly disposal without dioxin building (-> chlorine content)
- Using of heat energy without (problematic) combustion
- Producing of fertilizer (if there are less amount heavy metalls in the educt...)
Possible Materials
- contaminated road vegetation
- straw; typically high chlorine content
- tomato vegetation; typically very high chlorine content
- oliv press cake -> antiseptic is mostly problematic in biogas fermentern

Products
- Permanent gas: Mainly H2, CH4, CO, CO2
- Condensate oil: Due to process conditions and input educt from light oil to heavy oil/tar
- Condensate water: Due to process temperature from acid to alcalic
- Solids: (Cleaned) minerals with coke

Advantages DGE Basic Technology
- Continuous process for highest quality and stability
- No critical emissions
- Simply chlorine and sulphur binding in solids
Needed Pre Treatment
- Drying: suggested lower 15% WC
- Crushing: suggested to grain size less 25mm
- Compacting: not needed
- Sorting: not needed
Post Treatment by Partners
- Heavy oil burner for all condensate oil qualities
- Terra Preta (Fertilizer)
