Upgrading of (contaminated) Waste Wood

Target

  • Environmental friendly disposal without dioxin rebuilding
  • Thermal cracking of hazardous carbon hydrogens (paintings)
  • Producing of (light activated) clean coke

Products

  • Permanent gas: Mainly H2, CH4, CO, CO2
  • Condensate oil: Due to process conditions and input educt from light oil to heavy oil/tar
  • Condensate water: Due to process temperature from acid to alcalic
  • Solids: Cleaned carbon black

  • Simply chlorine and sulphur binding in solids

Needed Pre Treatment

  • Drying: suggested lower 15% WC
  • Crushing: suggested to grain size less 25mm
