Upgrading of problem biomasses

Target

  • Environmental friendly disposal without dioxin building (-> chlorine content)
  • Using of heat energy without (problematic) combustion
  • Producing of fertilizer (if there are less amount heavy metalls in the educt...)

Possible Materials

  • contaminated road vegetation
  • straw; typically high chlorine content
  • tomato vegetation; typically very high chlorine content
  • oliv press cake -> antiseptic is mostly problematic in biogas fermentern

Products

  • Permanent gas: Mainly H2, CH4, CO, CO2
  • Condensate oil: Due to process conditions and input educt from light oil to heavy oil/tar
  • Condensate water: Due to process temperature from acid to alcalic
  • Solids: (Cleaned) minerals with coke

Advantages DGE Basic Technology

  • Continuous process for highest quality and stability
  • No critical emissions
  • Simply chlorine and sulphur binding in solids

Needed Pre Treatment

  • Drying: suggested lower 15% WC
  • Crushing: suggested to grain size less 25mm
  • Compacting: not needed
  • Sorting: not needed

Post Treatment by Partners

  • Heavy oil burner for all condensate oil qualities
  • Terra Preta (Fertilizer)
